Meet Niki Dunkley

Niki runs Silver Strength, delivering seated exercise classes to music and official falls prevention sessions for older adults and anyone with mobility issues, right across Northamptonshire.

Her classes are about far more than exercise — they're a chance to move, laugh, and meet new friends in a warm, welcoming environment. Whether someone is fully mobile or living with a condition like dementia or Parkinson's, everyone is welcome to come and join in.

Niki is a Licensed Love to Move Deliverer, fully qualified in chair-based exercise, falls prevention qualified, and first aid trained. She also works closely with local health teams, including the Northamptonshire Falls Team, Northamptonshire Sport, and the Northamptonshire Spring Team.
